Oh, yea, on other point, I had set up, and tested, the SMTP server to be sure I could reset passwords and have them mailed to me. I can't imagine what has happened to lose the password, but at this point, my only option is a hard-reset of basically EVERYTHING, readopting my access points, and setting it all back up again from the start. I can log into the CloudKey and I can SSH into the cloud key (also using info stored in password manager) but not into the controller itself. Both were stored in a password manager and were used on a weekly basis, so I am 100% confident the username and password were not changed by me.Ĭontroller is hosted on a Unifi CloudKey running firmware 1.1.19. ![]() I'm a little frustrated (a theme here, I know) but I upgraded to Controller / Network 6.2.2.6 in early June, and as soon as it had completed I tried to log in, and now it does not recognize my username password combo, nor the admin username and password combo.
